Beeston Lau Gar Kung Fu (Formerly known as Radford Lau Gar) was formed by Sifu Del over 15 years ago. Sifu Del, the senior instructor at Beeston Lau Gar Kung Fu, is a fifth degree black sash instructor. Beeston Lau Gar has produced more than ten black sash instructors, ranging from first to third degree black sash. Many of the instructors train regularly at Beeston Lau Gar Kung Fu.
